What to Expect
Hiking
You’ll hike on 2–3 days throughout the trip, including one longer day in the Rila Mountains. Trails include forest paths, dirt roads, and occasional rocky sections.

Mobility & Fitness
Participants should be in good physical and mental health, with the ability to:

The team reserves the right to request additional medical information or to withdraw participants if physical or emotional limitations pose a risk to themselves or the group.
